You have found the right place!
Our kung fu programming, art, and prime location make us your best choice.
Our cultural kung fu programming provides seven progressive levels of training, which should easily keep even the most diligent students growing for seven years or more.
Level 1 is our beginning curriculum. This level is all about building a solid foundation, which starts with the Siu Leem Tau form.
Levels 2-1 and 2-2 comprise our intermediate curriculum. Level 2-1 covers the Chum Kiu form, while Level 2-2 covers the first 60 motions of the Mook Yan Joang or wooden dummy form.
Levels 3-1 and 3-2 makeup our advanced curriculum. Level 3-1 covers the Biu Jee form, while Level 3-2 covers the remaining 48 motions of the wooden dummy form.
Levels 4-1 and 4-2 encompass our senior advanced curriculum. Level 4-1 is all about the Look Deem Boon Gwun or long pole form. Level 4-2 is all about the Bot Jom Doh or butterfly swords form.
Our kung fu art is Wing Chun Gung Fu.
Wing Chun is a southern school of Chinese Gung Fu.
The tactics of southern schools tend to make strength and agility less important and Wing Chun is no exception!
It requires neither exceptional natural body strength nor sheer brute force.
It emphasizes technique over power.
It is a system that harmoniously blends Yum and Yeung, which you may know as Yin and Yang.
Despite the existence of Yeung or hardness within Wing Chun it is typically considered an internal system because it stresses the development of refined force.
