I get it – run-of-the-mill, training, education and information are the norm.

My cause is to enliven and lengthen the lives of community members.

It is this cause – to energize and extend lives – that compels me to provide movement training and education, and health education, which are my primary emphases.

This calling to energize and extend lives is also what spurs me to provide some entertainment and information.

Training tends to focus on the physical elements of fitness and martial arts, although mental and spiritual aspects are also present.

Education tends to focus on learning objectives related to a specific subject or topic. Accuracy is an important element of education.

Entertainment may take the form of articles, book reviews, and movie recommendations.

Information tends to focus on helping prospects and community members gain some level of appreciation for something pertinent to movement or health. Relevance is an important element of information.

While my cause – to enable people to live lively and lengthy lives – likely appeals to everyone, those who share my values will benefit the most from my training, education, entertainment, and information.
